Why didn't you use the piping foot? Thought gurls knew about sewing and stuff.

  2. What's one of those?

It has a groove for piping, but looking again I see was mistaken and you haven't used piping so ignore me!

  4. fitted rear seat belts back in and realised JK last year sent me different length units so one just long enough. tried swapping middle belt from front but cant alter the orientation so stumped.

 The cupboard door that is possessed by demons?

    The end of princes street?

A new catch and some big strong chains and a sprinkling of holy water.

I think I only packed out one of the striker plates, maybe try packing both and with slightly thicker packing pieces.

  7. The edging stuff was some wide woven tape stuff, just folded around the raw edges of the carpet and sewn on.

There's almost certainly a better way of doing it, but this will do me for the time being.

Thanks again for the use of the machine, it had no problems getting through it all

The Big Beefy Butch TLB sewing machine, aka Pearl, is up and running and ready for everyman and his dog to come and have a go if you've got some sewing to do.

  9. Yep, just as I turned out the end of the road.

I'll get one the same as the top, they lock in really well.

Then add a bolt and latch thing with a padlock like on a shed, and one of those combination button things like they use on rooms they don't want people getting into.

And maybe an automatic closer off a fire door too.

  10. What seat belts did you use? I need to fit mines next week but my belt only looks like a two point system.

Great stuff, I can retire and leave it to the young 'un. I can guess it was your idea for her to get completely underneath?

  16. I used Securon Pn264 Rear Seat belts and found cheapest supplier was on eBay. However as others have observed in @davidoft 's seat belt bracket thread, the female receptor's webbing strap is only just long enough to reach between the R&R cushions. I had lap belts fitted which have longer female straps, so just left those in place as they were Securon took down exactly same receptor:)
