    finally got around to painting the inside of where the fuel tank sits...............
    so it looks like sundays job is to put the tank back in and have a fight with the fuel filler pipe. I can remember last time, what a ****** of a job.
    anyone know if you can buy gates barricade in 5.6mm or will the 6mm be ok as that's all I can find. 6mm will make putting the breathers back on a lot easier....

    Took out all our gear from retuning after a 5 week 3000mile adventure...very nice..
    And no real troubles...I love my bus.

    From here...Italy to Calais
    Ferry to Dover, Dover to Staffordshire, then to Devon.
    Then picked up wife and kid at Stanstead airport, back to Staffs.
    Then to Tenby S.Wales. Then Dorset to vdub at the pub.
    Then back to Dover across France to here Italy.

    Collected it after it's 10 day holiday down the road, having it's engine out, fuel tank cleaned and all pipes / hoses done, new heat exchangers, and general tinkering. Fingers crossed for no more potential death by carbon monoxide fumes or spontaneous engine fireball. Yay! Gonna take it for a drive into work tomorrow to celebrate.... and then to Cornwall :)

    It's just PVC sleeving from Vehicle Wiring Products. I don't like naked battery leads. The stuff over the battery connector is 20mm heatshrink.

    Breathers are just push-fit. 6mm will clamp up nicely on fuel lines if you've got the right sized clips.

    Decorated him for the big day, helping out a couple on their wedding day. Went really well, he drove like a dream! Everybody loved him and I am so pleased I could do it for them!

    We're camped near Whitby now, it's foggy and mizzling with rain. It's going to get sunnier tomorrow onwards!
