Get those Carpenters tapes on! You haven't got any old Leak valve hi-fi systems up in the loft, have you? I'll give you £50 for them.
Ha ha Sadly not, I think all the valve amps went a long time ago - lets face it, the amp I'm just replacing (and about to flog for repair hopefully) has seen about 25 years in my care. Can't even remember what I had before that! (you would, of course, be my first port of call should I find any.... )

Same here used to get the guys in the shop to crank it up. Really clean sound then but would be pointless now as my ears are not what they were!
I have some, but like many Quads their age they are in need of the panels refurbing, they hiss, the glue has debonded and the stators have warped, another winter project.
To be honest I'm not sure. It is different to my 7" copy tho. I collect anything def leppard I see. What's your copy look like ?
