  1. I don't think they're actually interested in music, TBH. They're just looking for a suggestion of overbrightness at 12.178kHz.

    I've always wondered if "hysteria" and "hysterectomy" are just coincidentally alike, or have the same root ... in which case, given that "ectomy" basically means removal, and hysterectomy therefore means removal of the hysteria organ ..... This is an operation not available to men :thinking::D

  8. They do indeed have the same root - hystera is the ancient Greek word for uterus. Hysteria was a term invented by the male medical profession to dismiss women as over-emotional on account of their having a womb.

    Tannoy 609s, Pioneer A400 and Pioneer CD, had this set up since I was 17 lol..think it’s time for “an” upgrade

    Indeed, but OCD dictates they go along the floor and then up the stand, not diagonally from the back! :)
