Following up from the Dark Side of Moon thread, show us your proper audio kit, not the MP3/AAC nonsense that Young People listen to. Sansui amp, Marantz CD player, Kenwood cassette player (somewhat underused ) and a Denon tuner. And a pair of Tannoys screwed to the wall. Proper stuff Show us yours!
I’ve still got my Rega deck. Arcam Alpha 8 CD player. Onkyo receiver which does all my sound. A pair of NH1 speakers which still have style. I always wanted a pair of Tannoy Ardens but I remember them being the size of a house. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Size isn't everything chaps. This little lot "ft" surround-sound speaker-top ... thingies, is a BEAST! No deck currently
No pics but we use a 35 year old sony amp and just as old deck,sixty year old capital speakers, some times we use the Bose speakers and bass box thats when I'm not using my Pye Archoic record player.
Old, all second hand over the years, and the Rega deck is the best bit of it - but apart from the 35 year old amp (damn and blast) it all still works oh and a pair of Tannoy front speakers, with an old pair of Wharfedales at the rear.

It’s been dying for a few years with occasional issues, but I’ve lost most of the sound in the left channel now and what is there is just crackle. If it were a valve amp it would be dirty pots! It was probably 10 years old when I got it, and it’s served me well for another 25 at least. Might just be time for a change as I’ve no idea if anyone repairs them these days.
My mate gave it to me,it was his aunties from 1974. Original. No u s b sockets on that old thing,but it sounds cool,scratches an all!
