any one have a scrapp single screwlight , i need an adjuster and two of the wee rubber boys same as the ones on this and the adjuster screw
we now have refurbished the 2 front lights and repainted the outer headlight rims in black to follow the colour sceem , adrian now has 95 % of the wiring sorted , slow work , i then started cleaning the place up as to push the van to one side and start work on the pop top, this had so many repairs over the years , patches every where , but on closer inspection all was needed was to replace some pop rivets that had popped letting water in , so first job was to ripp of the ole material on the roof , ,then knock the ole rivets out that had popped , replacing then with eighth rivets , not only did it block the holes but put the strenght back in to the frame work ,then we had to remove the 8 nuts bolts holding the pop top side frames 6 came out 2 snapped , and one piece od the metal work will need a new piece made , owen nw
stripped the last parts of the pop top , bare metaled it all , masked around the venyed roof ie skylight and seam sealed it , stripped and da ed all the metal bits have a noisey owen nw adrian on the we coasters for moving
here s why it had been leaking busted pop rivets this it now this is what it should have looked like this i have to remake owen nw adrian

to day made up the new pop top metal end bracket , then sand blast them ready to paint , owen nw adrian
Its looking good, and makes others see that getting it in paint is only 3/4 of the job being finished, one thing, in keeping with theme, will it need push starting everytime??
we now have reprepped the poptop frames another secion of ds ing the panels follwed with a gegerous coat of eitch primer , afew areas still did nt seem to take to well , but when dry seemed to come up ok , so as not to chance fait , we sprayed it all with 2k primer and activator and a small amount of ROCKET fast activator , but no thinners , the reason for this is we can get on the primer more like a filler primer and the thinners won t react with any thing on the eitch if some thing has come through , when dry we da ed it with 600 , come up great owen nw , adrian
