  1. accelarator bar, linkage fitted , new flooring got for just £25 cut to shape , ply floor to be cut tomorrow , lot of the wiring done and NOT BY ME . ADRAIN. AND CLEANED UP the gear box for sale out of the breaker van £200 plus carriage , owen nw adrian

    well the scrapper bus comes to the rescue again , after much head scratching , i dont understand wiring .
    we descided well adrian did , to replace the whole wiring loom , from the breaker van which was in great shape , ours was butchered , adrian took pics drawing and layed it all out on the floor beside our van and worked from there, so while he was doing that ive made a start on the pop top , where replacing all the seals with new ones and refurbishing the old top its self , ready for a fresh coat of paint , not looking forward to this owen nw

  8. i wish owen nw bumpers have to be stripped paint s reacting ,
     
  9. another survivor rescued from the scrapper. Looking good!

  11. Owen, I got a challenge for you, turn the scap van you've got into a trailer. ;)
     
  12. rebuilt starter fitted wired back half of the new loom wired front half fed up into place new pedal fitted new pedal bar made by us fitted , front mats and walk through matt fitted saved from the breaker van , [​IMG]

    ha-ha - great idea with the acc pedal linkage - that's the best I've ever seen!

    I need to see a pic of you guys driving down the road waving the MOT.

    Wiring is ok if you're methodical. and patient. :) I just replaced the 9 pin indicator/flasher relay in my van with a tangle of 4x 5 pin relays and a flasher relay. It took an hour but worked first time. Once you get your head round it...

  17. And once your on the road you have to come over to england and meet up with a few of us late bay members

    Zeds coming to visit me when his bus is on the road and were going to redkneck his front panel into a more useable shape

  19. to night we done asmall bit of wiring , well adrian did , got he under seat matts fitted, new ply floor, and sound deadening , all takes time and a bit of waxing owen nw adrian
