No problem, if you give me your address I'll post a copy over. Be careful though because the template fits my van including the Sopru top so you will probably only end up using a tiny bit of the shape for your van.
I'm also expecting to have to subtly alter mine once the roof is fully refitted.
The one with holes is for the five supports and the smaller one is for the cupboards but with a 5mm allowance for two laminations of ply and one sheet of veneer.

Looking forward to seeing this finished as I want something exactly the same.

I've been working on the frames for the four cupboards today.
I made a jig to make everything square and exactly the same size.

This is the first frame and the other ones are still drying.

Next I'll need another jig so I can position and glue the frames for the doors which all need to be held securely in exactly the same position relative to the cupboard frames so I can start laminating them.

Well you can point at mine and tell your man you want something similar to that but less wonky.

You now appear to be making lots of short cupboards or am I missing something?

Ooh a good thought, I wonder if my overhead lockers will come with a trim short skirted, tight bloused stewardess.

Nope, you've got it, four cupboards 16" long fitting into the spaces between the five support pieces which hold everything onto the van.

I made a bit more progress today. I now have all the pieces cut for all four cupboard doors. I've made a jig to hold everything square and in place while the glue dries and I've got one door carcass glued.

The hardest bit has been working out how to clamp everything when it's all curves and different angles.

Once the first cupboard comes out of the jig I'll cover it with the first of two laminations and after both laminations are on I'll carefully cut between the frames to open up the door.

Yes but they will open downwards otherwise I'd have to stoop down to see inside.
