Neighbour issues

Read this on my much delayed tram this morning and thought of you

Just madness ,thats what can happen if you let things fester

 

It's amazing what people get worked up about (kettle,black?)

Spoke to the local council and they have cancelled the notice. They agreed the parking is unadopted. Spoke to county council and they say it is. So I have to tax it.

Plan is now to tax the bus, get it out the garage and get a good cover on it.

 

Good choice as an untaxed van doesn't get driven, enjoy those moments in the van sticking two (metaphorical) fingers up to the silly sods

 

Got to get some heating rigged up in it though. Nothing worse than driving with the window open to stop the screen misting up in this weather.

 

this sort of thing really gets on my nerves. If it were me id have been round there like a shot - so long as i was sure it was them - and dragged them out by the scruff of the neck and beat them with my slipper.

I've resisted the heavy handed approach. Still mulling revenge.

What I have done, which I know will really get on their lady bumps, is park my newly taxed bus with screen cover (to hide tax) in their parking spot. Free for all parking but they insist on parking their two cars in the same spots and not use their garage.

I know it winds them up as they have asked others to move their cars.

No to sit back with the knowledge they have achieved nothing and I'm winding them up.

Silly things please silly minds.

 

That would then invoke the heavy handed tactics mentioned above.

I expect that's right. I have parking for 3 boats, a chicken shed, a scooter and 2 cars, but when I have to move (I won't go on) I've been looking at what you get round here and I won't even have a garage unless I move to a subsiding bungalow at the end of a fen drove.

 

All parking disputes are ridiculous. As long as I can park my car in one of the 20 bays in our close I'm cool, it doesn't have to be under my window.

I can't park in front of my garage like everybody else COULD do as mine and my neighbours are on an angle facing into each other so they wouldn't be able to access their garage.

Some people get far to protective/possessive.

 

I'm Glad that you have got your bus on the road and it will hit a nerve poeple like them should just keep them selves to them selves. in the old days we would dob them in as witches and have um barbequed on the vilage green hhhhhhmmmmmm love the smell of nosey parker in the morning
