    Hi all,
whilst testing my split charge i've just found a petrol leak on the van!
anyone help with what the part is or the likely culprit in this area?
i've put a video and a few pictures to save lots of questions so excuse the stupidity but it makes it easier to diagnose with more to see.

the pic where it's dry is with the engine stopped
the other 2 are engine running.

video to just show the location in relation to other parts.

to clarify i have not changed any fuel lines as they all look ok and this was on my jobs to do over the winter list.
    Cheers if you can help.

  5. Yeah, as they say change the lines, its not a mahoosive job and will give you piece of mind now that you've seen the leak. and after all its what sundays are for F1 then tinkering :)

suppose so, has anyone got a link to a decent fuel line supply kit? i know people go aircraft grade etc, but what options are there?, i wanted to wait until the winter lay up really and do the tank filler one and that is a bit of a pig isn't it? i did have a expanded diagram saved on the old site but it's gone now.

all it says to me is if it isn't clamped i'm running with 33 year old fuel lines............. i can't see that being possible? i'm gonna look later for deffo but it's a scary thought. i've not heard of the site you say but i'm sure they are google able...

Yep, good quality fuel line and the right fuel line clips etc.
Otherwise, pm Fritz68 on JK, he's got loads of fuel injection rated fuel line available.

  15. 8mm for FI, 6mm for carb engines ;)

Like I said, I just rebuilt a 2L FI engine for a van and replaced all of the fuel lines :)

    The engine in question..

I think carb engines were 5.6mm stock
