So after todays thinking took the plunge and cut away the "Ok" looking inner sills as I thought if I'm going to the hassle of all the new chassis may as well make sure... Glad I did as there was a "new" Sill repair panel tacked over the what I think... Was original and it was crammed with rust. So two new OEM inner sills ordered and another thing for the list! Rear chasis legs are finished! Tommorow is another day....
Another full day at it! Back to work Monday so a full day again tommorow, put on some new top hat, and repaired the sill strengthener and gave it a lick of Bonda before the inner sill goes on tommorow! Progress...slow....
Super Sunday.. New inner sill installed, front offside jacking point installed, all bonda red oxided where good! Cone repair done! Cracking day! Very very close to rolling the other way!

Today's progress. Two cones repaired, last of the kack metal GONE! And she's red oxided on all upward facing surfaces, and a bit of chasis black. Which has sadly pickled in places for some unknown reason so will have to rub down and start again in areas. BUT she is now ready to roll... Over the other way... Hopefully commencing this Thursday after work based upon what muscle power I can muster. All coming along nicely.
@art b that would be grand! What's your availability like Thursday? I finish work at 4.30. Think my cousin and uncle finish around 5.30 ish so will be around then-ish will look to roll!
