I believe that's Remtec. Fair dos to them - they're selling you a recon engine, not a recon that you can recon again. If I was doing engines in volume, I'd do the same, rather than faff with umpteen variations.
It makes no odds to do it the correct way as you have to check the cutters on the boring bar before every use... What you'll find is they are volume buying one size of bearings to get the unit price down
