Move it over in the tent so I can make a start on the near side, outrigger is one big PO bodge so should come off easily.

Ah, my previous answer wasn't to you.

Do you mean the bottom flange or are you confused by the fact it's a pickup and they have an external seam?

  10. theres an inch between the outer edge of the sill below the cargo door and bottom of b post

There's a gutter on a single cab that runs across the back of the cab all the way down the B posts both sides, stops water pouring off the back of the cab into the load bed, not easy to see on my dark blue bus pics, have a look on some others in better colours you can spot it easier!

  17. Really sorry to hear that dude:(

  18. Yes thanks I agree but I think we all agree pictures tell a thousand lies what worries me is you started your thread with "it doesn't need a lot of work" what you have done there is a lifetimes work to me I thought I was going to become an alcoholic because every picture I looked at I needed another drink, but keep the picys coming as the next ones are all going to show it coming together and I can go on to something a bit lighter!!!

Fell back in love with mig welding today, when it jammed up I realised the wire was really rusted up, it's damp in the tent, bought a new cable reel and some gas and its working better than ever :)
