    Lost 4lb since Xmas but seem to have stabilised - want to lose another 4 at least.

    Now 11.12 (70kg) bit of a bugger as been trying to stay above 12.

    Has everyone given up now we're near the end of February?

    last weekend - i went below 13st for the first time in 7 years since i gave up smoking .... i was well chuffed :)

    According to Daily Mail, a fling is the way to loose weight. average for men,,,- 3 kg. women,,,- 4,5kg. :)

    weight this week was 109.8kg :) not given up here lost about 8kg so far.
