2013 weight loss thread roll up!

As The Vice President of MOTTLBOFC I must protest at the vulgar use of the french metric system being used to weigh oneself. This IS Britain and those who went before us did so to protect us from the way of the johnny foreigner. So no more of that and more stones please.

 

I'm in 6ft 14st 2lb started a month ago lost 6lb then put 2 back on over crimbo, back on the plan now. Saw 12st 13lb once about 2 years ago so that's the target!
Also will be 50 later this year and it definitely gets tougher as we get older.

 

scales at work go up in .2 of a kg so i'm using kg soz, i then multiply by 2.2 and divide by 14 if i want stones.

 

obviously the weight i put is fully clothed.

 

weight today 114.6 so that's 2.4kg which is about 5lb in old money.

 

well done rick , ive just lost 3lb n one stone , the christmas cake didnt help n hospital food 208lb. Betty needs ta chase me further :-
