I'm now 104.8kg as of today which is a couple of kilos off. No beer appears to be working albeit slowly.
Is there room for a late arrival in this thread? Got a couple of things early this year that are forcing my hand to get at least a little bit in shape. Most important is my mate's wedding, where I need to fit into my kilt properly. Had the bleeding thing taken in by 3 inches for my wedding cos I dropped a stone and a half but have since piled it all back on. Plus doing the mini Deerstalker run (7km cross-country obstacle course). Both in early March so the pressure's on. Currently sitting somewhere between 15.5 and 16 stone, I'll check properly tonight. It's not so much the weight - at 6' 5" I'd be happy at 16 stone - just not concentrated round my gut.
Still at the most ive ever weighed , 12st 3 lb in old money , been dancing twice this week once to jive and once to lindy hop and nothing has gone ,and i have the chocolate out ( cake has been cut to the bone , i have to have some )
Well I didn't declare my interest until now, but when I went back to work and my clothes were uncomfortably tight, I decided that it was best to lose a bit of Christmas podge. I've dropped a couple of pounds since the Christmas eating fest finished, currently sitting at 13 stone (that's 82.5 kilos for all you freaks out there). Ideally 12.5 stone should be about right for me. Let's see if I get there.

yes to confirm i weigh in on a wednesday in my work clothes, which are the same each week give or take the thickness of the socks or whatever.... so i obviously would weigh less undressed, it's just a benchmark but close enough, all i've learnt is i can lose weight steady if i take care during the day and have what i like for tea, that way i don't lose heart and pack up as i have summat to look forward to, this next week i plan to cut bread out every other day.
bit of a stall for week 3 partly i guess due to the cold weather and thus eating a bit more and not excersising, a minor loss of .4 of a kg so 112.6 this morning, 110 by next week is looking dodgy, that said it's still going the right way.
Even though I have been poorly this week (chest infection) and not had the energy to exercise I've managed a 1.4lb loss... I'm pleased with that considering!
just realised i never posted yesterday, no loss no gain this week stuck at 112.6 to be fair i can't say i'm supprised, with the weather being so bad i've not done any walking, still at least it didn't go up i guess, bit annoyed i didn't make my target of 110 by today though, still onwards and upwards hopefully next week will be better.
