  5. Had another couple of hours after work messing with door gaps and I'm happy the doors will seal good now and reshape a few areas over the bulk head and all seems to fit well !!
My only gripe which I'm not happy with and gonna have another go at is the way the bottom of the yellow door is not flush by a couple of mm but not finished there yet !!
It's starting to look like a beetle again now

  9. Cut the bottom off the rear 1/4 panel as it just creates a water trap along the bottom edge between the 1/4 and the heater channel.

    It should fit like this:

  11. I ended up using small bits of wood cut to the exact size to keep the gap correct once i'd cut the bottom off.

Got the one heater channel tacked on all the way along and all lines up pretty good I think considering how I had nothing to start with !!

Don't suppose your old drivers door still has good hinges on it? Been looking for a pair for mine as i had to chop them apart to get the door off as they were siezed solid. :(
