  8. Looking good. Did you leave a drain hole in the bottom of the A pillar to allow any water that will get in to drain out?

  13. Best bet is to buy 5 litres of cavity wax and borrow a compressor and cavity wax gun
It's the only way to do a thorough job
If you must use an aerosol
Then dynax s50 comes in a large van with an injection nozzle/tube and creeps well

Not much to see but these little bits take bloody ages !! The big pannels are a doddle compared to these !!

  16. Then moved back and started to assemble the rear cross members!! Have to save these fit near perfect for a repro pannel !! Tiny trim and both slotted right in !!
But then this happened I bloody ran out of gas

  19. Had another go at the inner arch sanding !! It's gonna be stone chipped any ways but due to the amount of work it's had done I wanted it to look half decent !!
Quite happy with the results after a coat of red oxide primer bit of small sanding to do where the arch bends but nothing really !! So this is the 1st pannel .... done

  20. Nice work on the arch. I love the way stone chip covers all the little blemishes. ;)
