Took van in to Aireys. Bit of tweaking, more mid-range punch, 100hp, 75 at the wheels. Happy with that

Started with some sound proofing today, goingh to reduce some noise, ran out of gear so I'll be back on that Saturday.
The dashboard has been painted white and it's been done badly so that's out so it can be smartened up

 

What was the torque and at what revs?

 

Put the cover on it for the first time since March because the weather will be rubbish. And I am driving a RIB for the Hamble Winter Series yacht regatta.

 

Couldn't measure it, unfortunately. I'm going to drive around for a while with the new setup, see how it goes. Hopefully the fuel consumption's improved (slightly).

Plenty of grunt, tho' - flys along.

 

I think Mr Parry deserves some kudos, after all the pain...

Isn’t that a bit odd? Rolling roads measure torque and calculate bhp. Anyway, to get 100bhp from 1776cc maximum torque is going to be a fairly high revs, but 100bhp sounds good, have fun.

I drove my van today

 

Sorry meant to say what have you done to your bay today... I drove my van today after months of not being used.

I had to weld new a pillar, b pillar and passenger arch and associated rust. With work and kids it took forever. Mot yesterday and my advisory was headlamp reflector not in the best shape.

Only looked like a small job at the time...
