Which was the first gig you ever went to and which was your most recent?
My first was when I saw The Levellers at Blackpool Empress Ballroom in 95 or 96 when i was at college:


My most recent was only a couple of years later when i saw Cast at the Student Uni in Preston in 1997.

 

My first was Colosseum 11 with Gary Moore in the year of our Lord 1978
and my last was DEFERRED SUCESS (sic) on Saturday night.

 

First was David Bowie with Roxy music supporting,
Rainbow theatre 1972
Last was Roxy music at the O2 2011

 

First was the Walker Brothers, the Troggs, Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick and Titch. All in the same show. Last was Jeff Lynns ELO.

 

I hate to say it but one of the best was Gary Glitter and the Glitter band at Crystal Palace, early seventies

 

My first was the levellers at brixton Academy
My last was the foo fighters in Frome a few weeks ago

My first was Big Country at Wembley Arena 1986
My most recent was Avenged Sevenfold at The O2 last January

 

I saw Gary Glitter at the NEC just before he was a paedo, it wasn't very good
but I really love 'the Glitterati' badge and wear it daily with my 'Mari Wilson - the Neasdon Queen of Soul' - (Trent Polytechnic October 1982)

First was Yes on their "Drama'' tour at Birmingham 1980.
Last was Black Star Riders supported by Gun at Rock City, last month.
Next will be Blue Oyster Cult in the summer and maybe The Darkness in December, both at Rock City.

 

First was Curved Air at Leeds Uni Most recent was Chuck Fish (with you at Eskdale)

 

Can't believe it was 20 years since i last went to a gig.
Just not the same going to a gig and sitting watching rather than dancing so much you ache for days afterwards.

 

First (proper) gig was the Jam at Exeter University in 1978. Last was Senseless Things at Shepherds bush empire a couple of weeks ago.
