Which band would you like to see before they retire?

I know this might have been a thread before, but I can't find it when searching.

I remember booking Fleetwood Mac in Brum, then they had an illness maybe 6 years ago so cancelled - and now with no Lindsey Buckingham and worse no Christine McVie (god I love her voice) - I'm not sure I'd want to see them. now.

Springsteen looks like I'd have to sell a kidney or two.

It occurred to me I'm not that fussed by anyone else other than these few:

Crowded House
ELO or Jeff Lynne
Madness

I'd like to say Weller - but he won't play the Jam, same for Sting I imagine with the Police.

Who would you like to see before they or you get that bit too old? My list is too small.

 

Am just hoping the Motley Crue groupies aren't the original ones.....

 

I'd like to see the original Genesis line-up, but I guess that ship has sailed.

Don't bother with Madness, Suggs can't carry a tune in a bucket, they were at the BIC in Bournemouth. My neighbours, big fans went, they would have left early but one of them is in a wheelchair and couldn't get away.

Yep, I think the Barnoldswick Rascals recruited Billy Boy Blenkinsop after Stan left. Their concert bookings have increased 10 fold since then.

 

Artistic differences?

Stan went on to form the punk band "Flat Cap".

 

Its gone very Last of the Summer wine on here all of a sudden.
