I think it was poor judgement to remove that particular thread, even though I hadn't seen it since lunchtime. If it had descended into insults fair enough, but by the sounds of it it didn't. It's not very often someone who had such huge influence on the shape of the country we live in today dies and simply to pretend it didn't happen is la-la land. Lately this forum has taken a big swing upwards in good natured intelligent discussion. I can't remember the last time someone got the hump and to be judged as not capable of reasonable discussion patronising to say the least.

I'd heard it was coming along nicely and was looking forward to having a good chuckle when I got in from a hard afternoon's work mending my steering (that's the VW related bit).

Its alright for you lot but I live in Grantham and the good versus bad debate will run longer here. She did what she thought was right at the time to get the result she wanted same as any other PM has and will for evermore.
