Dude do you do any cooking with wild food?

yeah a bit - but I'm no expert. I got started cooking mussels after a surf. Been cooking a bit with seaweed this year. Thta's interesting. It's all part of the fun for me. Going somewhere tomorrow where we should find some parasols.... yum!

as if I would diss the wedge, i've been brainwashed on a drunken night around the fire that my bay is infact a prototype wedge - the logic? it's brown!

There's logic in that. I actually prefer my bay - it's 'nippier'. As if that was possible. But the gears are all over the place and the passenger seat won't turn around!

Have a look into american signal crayfish dude
There an invasive species in britain and are killing of the native crayfish
Theres easy to catch and boy the taste as good if not better than lobster

Id love to see some vids of foraging as well as cooking in a campervan

Sort of like what hugh did in his early days with cook on the wild side

The seats do-able - Ive done mine. Sit on it and spin has a whole new meaning.

Have a look into american signal crayfish dude

Yeah I've heard about them. I have a creel but only used it on the beach for crabs near my house. We've had a few lobster on the beach too. Very satisfying. Was hoping to do some more vids of wild stuff. Easy stuff you know, nothing dangerous.

Do you find hills a problem? Since the new engine I've realised that my engine must have been shagged. Now there's no stopping us!

hills a problem only due to the "throw" between 2-3 being long, a few weeks ago i did wales and mountains were a pain, in the end i left it in 2 not D as i got fed up of it.

Great to see you back on TLB Martin. Enjoyed the pumpkin soup episode but didn't get round to making any ourselves even though we said we where going to.
Cooking with seaweed sounds good. Aparently its very good for you and watched something on it once on River Cottage.
