But it's the other way around, GB sticker is now meaningless, tho I grant you that this issue pales into insignificance compared to the rest of the marmite that's happening.

My point was that it's Boris and chums usual distraction nonsense, to take our mind off their shortcomings.

 

I'm driving to Holland in November for work. So far I have spent about 5 hours trying to convince VWFS that my Golf with supplied GB plates is illegal to drive in Europe. The best they have come up with is an emailed scan of the V5, which is as much use as a one legged person in an arse kicking competition as all the websites state "only original documents are accepted".

My number plates have a pending appointment with my chop saw.

 

You can still keep your GB plates.

 

Richard is right, don't you just need a currently unobtainium UK sticker? Or, is there some other hidden gem in this one?

I need to look further into this, the info I read said they were illegal and needed to be changed. Might have been the BBC scaremongering again. Do you know there's a fuel shortage?

I'm not worried at the moment, the investment view is that it's most likely a temporary blip, that view can change, however.

Don’t be stupid just buy a Uk oval thing
And put a Subaru sticker over the gb part of the plate if you’re that worried about it
