Hi All

Just wondering, have TLB got a group area for camping, if so what do we look for on arrival as new and dont know faces or vans that well yet.

 

you cant reserve areas for camping - but i am going to try and get there early and get the same spot we had last year as that seemed to be ideal .... could do with a few people all arriving at the same time to 'reserve' some space

 

We can be there quite early as space savers too

 

hoping to be there mid afternoon, will look out for you camper if you see me coming in give us a wave, will also help try save spaces.
Where abouts on site were you last time?

 

The arrow is the entrance to camping and last year we had that red area by the road / car park thing

It was useful as it was
i) flat
ii) there was the ability to get vans in and out of the TLB area
iii) quite near the loos
iv) all the above

 

I suppose the best thing to do is look out for the pink van! ^-^

 

We're aiming to get Landyn's engine rebuilt and re-installed, MOT and ready for Volksworld. Have tickets for Saturday sitting in front of me and a possible mini convoy with my bandmate Al in the offing!! despite us being in a band for 9 months and having seen each others vans, the vans themselves haven't met... i hope they get on

 

I've just spied a TLB name-check for the line up in Volksworld Camper and Bus guys. 8) Get those waxing cloths at the ready!

 

Hopefully will make it down for one of the days - probably Sunday.

I have not received anything from VOWO and have contacted them asking about it .... but surprise surprise - no reply back
