VolksWorld Show - Sandown Park - 24-25 March 2012

I think back ups are important.

Tickets arrived today, nice and early, must remember to put them in van 😄

 

Also - did anyone spy the advert on pg 18 of the Jan Camper & Bus - our line up is there - tiny but there

 

cool - look forward to this one .... yet again Katie will be on a hen doo so I'm allowed out

 

I've been in touch with the show again.

Camping must be booked for the weekend and despite what the website says he states the camping can be booked separately.

If you are certain you are willing to display on either day then I suggest you book a show entry ticket for the remaining day when you book your camping ticket.

Again - the day you display you don't have to pay for the show, but if you've already booked tickets I am not certain that refunds will be offered (I can ask though).

I would like back-ups for both days and at the moment Sunday is looking to be thin on the ground (we had 2 vans on a 10 bus stand last year )!

If you are displaying you have to be up bright and early as we have to be in and the gates have to be shut before the first punter is through the door (I think we left the campsite at 8 last year - it was cutting it fine at any rate).

All that aside it is great watching other people have a nose around your van & worth the headache of displaying

 

i'd be up for showing the van on the sunday and could prob convince lee aka vw cooper to bring his down to show.i'll talk to him tomorrow

 

Ok i have spoken with wokinggaz and I am happy to Show the van too. We will not be camping though so not sure if this creates a problem? we live pretty close by so can be there early enough. Is it an issue that Gaz has a crossover? Keep us posted thanks

Has anyone recieved their tickets yet?

Got 3 of us going in one van but not sure how many passes you get for camping, doesnt say anywhere on the web?

 

It is per van, but do we get 2 camping party passes or one per each weekend ticket?

 

well - i am only buying a camping ticket .... so .... no idea ...

 

Jen, I'll display on the Sunday. Might not make the Saturday or the camping though.

 

right as lee said we're both prepared to show on the sunday if you want us to and is it an issue that mine's a crossover?????
