VolksWorld Show - Sandown Park - 24-25 March 2012

I'm going to compose an e-mail to VolksWorld about the show this year.

So far: we'd like the club areas on a map including the grass area so that everyone knows where we are

We'd like space for more busses

We'd like to include some rolling-resto vans so that the owners of the vans can be on hand to offer advice to others who come along

We'd like to do something 'more' with the area (all ideas welcome)

Anything else?...

I'm happy to ask for a 10-15 bus stand for both days, but this means that we as a club have to commit to filling the spots - we have tons of excellent vans in TLB & I'd love to show off more of them next year!

Personally I would love for that grass area to become the TLB area & for us to really make something of it (though what is to be decided). And eventually it would be great if we were on the brick road but it will be a long time before that happens.

I'm going to try and keep my feedback pretty short as I think long emails can get ignored but want to feedback on behalf of everyone (not just my own comments)

I think your comments are perfectly valid. It was a bit of a nightmare trying to spot the club area so any method of making it more prominent, either on the map or by occupying the whole grass area with prominent signage would be good... it really did feel like the poor relations in the corner of the room!

I'd happily sign up for a rolling resto spot... assuming it is rolling at the time!!
