A rehash of Les Dawson and co , leaning over the garden fence…. such “humour “ should have stayed in the 70’s.
Not the best on tv but whenever I watch it I really laugh. It basically cocks a snoot at religion and its power over the population in a way!
Not a patch on the funniest religious skit , dat bin Feartha Ted .... Back to point , I'd get rid of the stupid reality shows and their brainless 'participants' . Sad thing being these cretins are now role models to an ambitious yet work shy generation whose ambition seems to be a career as an influencer . Next into the void would be Eastenders, Corry , Emmerdale and all the medical docu-soaps , they've had their day .... Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk
Spoiler alert ... I'm not about to contribute anything meaningful to the conversation. Just had to share that I never thought TLB would allow the words Kardashian, "Arse", "Carpet" (or should that be "Rug"?) and "Burger" in the same sentence.
All of Linehan's stuff - Black Books, Father Ted and IT Crowd - have stood the test of time, just as funny now as when they first came out. The excellent Pauline McGlynn...
When Mrs Browns boy first started on the radio many years ago it was really funny…..gone rapidly down since then
Well, it focused on the queued ambulances, 8 hour wait, blocked beds and strain on the NHS. I don’t particularly like the programme but the misses insists on watching it. At least she can’t argue against MOTD later in the evening.
