I'm Frederick after my grandad on my mum's side. I do feel a little jiped though as my dads family have cool biblical middle names he is Ezekiel and my brother got Saul.
I'm just wondering why someone would have Star Trek jokes when their middle and surnames are combined. Is your surname Bird and your middle name Romulan-War?
I had really lazy parents. They could only be arsed to give me a first name. So lazy they even gave me their surname! My mum hated my dad's parents so much she thought she'd be clever and give her 3 kids who lived in the centre of a Protestant community nice strong Catholic names. She's nice like that
I've got a really boring middle name...David....although it's a nice name as it stands, i'd like to have somthing a bit more uncommon... It did, however, come in very handy when I was about 9-10 years old....my first name is Jonathan (gift from God....obviously) and my surname begins with the letter B....so Jonny B...if I was born in the 50's it would have been pretty cool...(as in Jonny B...Good)....unfortunately it was considerably later, when the term Jonny Bag was a popular euphemism for a latex-based prophylactic.....hence from aged 9 to about 11, I insisted I be known as David.... Just waiting for someone to ask did you used to get ribbed.....
We named our youngest son Archie Jacob Francis Moray Noah, I'm sure he will appreciate it later. Eldest daughter is Molly Catalina Rose. Mine is a secret.
