I've been thinking about getting my body work sorted and a respray but after passing the petrol station yesterday I though how much longer are we going to be able to afford to run these so I coming to the conclusion I will its last ever owner ,i'm just going to run it into the ground and spend the money on petrol so i can use it like its meant to be

A proper polish will probably look better than a £150 bottom half respray. Do it right, or don't do it at all. Remember, a properly done shiny bus will develop its own patina over time, so it won't look too new for ever!
