  2. Can't wait to see how it turns out for you. Let us see, when it comes back. The scubby conversion is not used much around N.S. but from the forum it sounds like it's the way to go to make the Camper more reliable and "able to climb a hill in a single bound". LOL Congrats!

  4. Should get sight of the engine soon - apparently it's back from the blasters so will be painted and reassembled soon.

    The loom was a nightmare - I spoke to the auto electrician, and he said that the ignition went through about 3 different connections in the loom that had been added at some point, so to quote Chief Engineer Montgomery Scott, it was "bypassed like a Christmas Tree"!! </star trek geek>

  15. Great thread matey, we have booked ours into tsr in Suffolk to have a 2 litre Subaru, 115 bhp water cooled fitted,upgrading brakes front and back too.

    Booked in for late feb, fed up of oil leaks and constant fixing being reqd.

    I will setup a thread when it starts.
