  1. GAH !!
    Pipped at the post .

Looks great , might i be so bold as to ask what sized bearing you used ?

  2. If you’ve ordered new Brazilian clamps, be aware that they’re (predictably) the wrong shape for German vans, so require some panel-beating. They do go on though, if sufficient profanity is used.

Guessing from the state of the metal rollers and how they get eaten, the nylon ones will last until the carriage decides to run at a slight angle then its game over.

I was feeling quite pleased with myself - I actually recognised that as a busted anti roll bar before I got to Andrew's confirming question :)

(obviously many commiserations on it's untimely demise, of course @Lasty!)

  7. I have no complaints whatsoever with stock height and handling , even in cross winds it`s good . It even cocks-a-snook at sleeping policemen unlike the lowered brigade .... :p

I’ll agree 100% about stock height, but I’d kill for ‘good in cross winds’. Updated front ARB hasn’t done a huge amount, so I guess I need to look at the shocks and the steering gubbins? It was hard work driving across the forest last weekend in all that wind :(

Hahahaha they are good for dunkin’ though

  12. Changing to Koni shocks but staying stock height made a big difference to mine in cross winds.

  13. Check for play in`t steering box , or better still leave well alone - it can be too tight and give a weird wandering sensation if you get it wrong ...

Hmmmm yeah but they are super pricy! Would be great but looking at £400 cheapest. Will do what is needed but can’t afford to be unnecessary. What about Boge? Any good?
