Feel really sorry for that LE VEL guy -- think it was the car mechanic in Corrie .He was totaly innocent of all that that vile woman said and he went through hell ,
his wife divorced him ,loss of income ,loss of friends etc .
She made everything up. She should be in jail now doing the same sentence that he would have got .
People like her make it so difficult to get others to believe and this affects the whole justice system.

 

He's done nothing wrong, as far as I'm aware he always paid up front before touching the merchandise

I just find it incredible that it has taken 30 years or more for these accusations to come out.
Even if found guilty the damage done cannot be rectified.
I agree that if the accuser is found to be lying or the accusation unfounded they should be punished and the punishment printed for all to see, it may stop further false or spurious claims.
Also if the allegations are true then no matter who or how old a minimum jail term should be applied for each case
they are found guilty of.

I find it incredible you think these accusations have only just come out now, they have been around for years but the police and other authorities have suppressed them, It seems that the establishment and their friends have been doing this for years. Apparently

 

You miss-read that Woody, " I find it incredible that these accusations have taken 30 years to come out" unless you have insider knowledge and as you assume, "apparently" and "it seems" the establishment have suppressed them for 30 years, then the people in the establishment are more guilty than the ones who committed the offences.
There used to be a time in this country when guilt had to be proven in court not by word of media, or a an accusation made, innocent until proven guilty, not the other way round.
