I have had quite a bit of interest about FRONT brackets ..strictly speaking they are just clamping plates and the original style is great for the original style rubber as in a previous picture ...

The repo rubber flaps are narrower at the top with horizontal slots and are a bit of a fudge fit probably because they are more meant for a bug ...

Although still not 100% I have done a narrower bracket that will suit the repro rubber better ,still self tapered on to the out rigger like OG ..
