There in lays my dilemma as I've never seen any front brackets to be able to show you what is required. Put me down for a set of rear ones in the New Year please.

I've had a set for 6 years

  12. I originally got the flaps for my bug, then realised they were camper ones. My bug hasn't been on the road since my 21yr old daughter was a baby.... :D

Okay. Our camper only ever had one mudflap and when I took it off I had to weld up the holes left behind. I acquired some second hand ones the other year but never fitted them. My only issue now is will they actually fit as they are not as long as the one that came off.

    Jules ,
As with most things it not length that's important but width .....your mud flaps I think are bug ones as I'm pretty sure bus ones are plain rectangular like the eBay link .....all the genuine ones I have don't taper in at the top ....

The front brackets are 220 MM. wide and are universal left to right , the slots are there to fit the sill and on the genuine bracket I have the end two holes fix the bracket to the rubber mud flap and the inner two holes fix it to the outrigger ...

Personally I'd say they need to be same as your old one ( eBay link )
