Just had my rear brackets delivered. Fantastic quality. Really nice bit of kit. I'll have to find the flaps noo.

 

Mine have arrived too. Lovely!

Just need a fine day now to get them fitted

That day was today, so I stuck my rear set on (prior to a 300 mile trip to Speyside on Friday, snow is forecast ).

Absolutely fantastic kit, every nut and washer you could need and perfect fit. My only mod was to fit a bit of edge protection strip (maybe 40mm long) on the rear lower corner panel, just in case it rubs there. I also fitted my flaps about 30mm higher to allow for the lowered suspension.

I highly recommend these brackets!

 

Just to add a bit of support for Steve's efforts...the brackets are excellent and hold the flaps absolutely rock solid. Note that if you've got type 1 engine mounts, you'll need just a short M6 to go through one mount on either side.

 

Have you got any fronts left, Steve? Are the front mudflaps the same as the rears? I've never actually seen any.

Yes I have fronts .... they use the same flaps as rear , original rectangle shape flap . Not sure if the necked in flaps would work ... I'm going to fit mine soon once the weather brightens up ..

Do they attach to the front outrigger?
