I do honestly think you did well, I tried to sell a van of mine last Friday, was offered 1/3 of what they offered the week before, its part of my income so a big deal to me, I chose to keep it until I cant afford underpants
I'm sure a lot of have regarded our campers as kind of money in the bank, something to sell if the worst came to the worst, that's how I viewed mine until recently. Could be a good time to buy campers and shares.
For the first time in history other than WW2 you’ll need to carry photo Id, and can be stopped and questioned without suspicion as to what you are doing....this’ll happen in the next two weeks. Campsites are businesses, which I’ve seen notes on will exempt those whose primary dwelling is the camp, but will be told to cancel everyone else. Wild camping is currently unstoppable....but I genuinely expect roadblocks and only key worker long distance travel being allowed very very soon, so you can only go local and be subject to fines. You’ll only be allowed out if you need food, medical care or are taking it to someone in need. Only other allowed travel will be for key workers. My biggest concern is who polices it....army or police is tolerable. If they bring in the likes of G4 or some other goon squad expect civil unrest on a huge scale.
I’d stay well away from any shares other than Microsoft or networking companies. The golden ticket will be whoever finds a cure, or something to back symptoms off...I imagine there’s a lot of insider trading going on already. The pessimist in me would buy shares in whoever makes weapons.
