Loving' these Westys. Been looking at pics through green eyes but I'll be with you soon, fingers crossed.
Yeah - excellent photos taken by Anna Pinky does look good after a little clean - until you get close up
My 1977 Westfalia Berlin Automatic. Tested my new canopy this weekend at VW Internationals in Norway. It served it's purpose and kept both rainshowers and the sun away. Now ready for a nice summer of camping Hope to post some pictures in the holiday section later this summer...
We've only had her a matter of a month, but we love her and this was taken on our first camp out at Ogden Water near Halifax. We love Westys we do and how!
Ta muchly. We looked at a few buses, mostly Westy's, including a Westy tin top, some a wee bit too expensive TBH, with fantastic interiors, but this suits us fine ^-^
Here's ours...73 Westy continental rhd, 2.0l auto. We've owned for just over a week now and despite falling in love with it instantly, we do have a nice list of things we would like to do already. Must say though that we're keen on keeping as much as original as poss (already has all original interior in place, but some bits in need of a little tlc). Flower stickers will be coming off soon and keen to respray at some point (an original paint colour but perhaps not its original Sumatra green (controversial??)) We'll post updated pics once we start to tidy it up Photo taken at Polzeath beach, Cornwall And now with flowers removed...
