Yep - replacing like-for-like - 1930s house. Also getting felted for the first time in it’s life, and fully insulated, and re-battoned. Big job - started just into January.

 

Make sure you have left and right window scrapers. I ordered a LH and RH from JK but they sent two LH scrapers and refused to exchange one for the RH side.

Clays are always the best tiles ,concrete cheap tiles always end up losing there sheen and developing a ruff surface which attracts algae and moss .
