I need to triple check under my van. The RJES rad pack uses the original bolts for the under belly to mount on to. I don’t have and never had under belly pans and I’ve not noticed the bolts so will need to rivnut some in!

I’m guessing due to my van coming from Australia

  3. No, you just need holes, the chassis rails where the rad goes onto aren't enclosed.

Presume these bolts are standard and that’s what I’m missing?

  5. No, those bolts come with the radiator pack from Rjes just the holes are standard(well 4 are and two need drilling if I remember correctly)

    Brilliant thanks Matt.

  7. I shall rephrase that again.

4 were standard on mine. Can't speak for yours but I would expect them to be there. Austin import or not they were still built from the same chassis

I understood what you meant. I suspect the same. Will check soon enough. Strange thing is been off almost 2 weeks and not touched the van.

  9. Hurry up, you can have rad mounted in no time

I found that then thought it probably won’t work that well, looks like it would restrict the fuel when filling up.

Got the T25 water pipes today

  16. shouldnt restrict fill up as it will be the same size diameter

Looking at the picture, looks like a small hole for fuel to come in when filling up?

I thought I read that fellows puts a 8mm barb in the rubber hose? Probably ok but I’d of thought welding something on the metal pipe would be better.
