Most possible the politicians were dragging folks out of bed to attend the raves - but as they were so late the party had finished by the time they got there- you know, like they were so late to go call the first lock down, and so late to do the circuit break lockdown in November and so late to call off the easing of restrictions over Christmas and so late to say schools are not opening this term and so late to make face coverings mandatory in shops.
