Are you aware the fuel pump stud doesn't stick out enough? I'd take it off and wind the stud out a couple of threads.

You can probably do it with your fingers, but you never know, the builder might have spoiled you with locktit.
More to the point...how does one "spoil someone" with Locktit? Is it like: "He always struck me as a really pleasant young man, always ready to help. He was always saying that he wanted to go to college and become a doctor. I couldn't believe when a neighbour told me he'd been spoiled with Locktit."?
