Zeb It does sound like your depressed but from what i can judge its due to circumstance rather than clinical Your out of work and stuck at home because your a carer for the one you love Normally your fine with this as you look forward to small things and they keep you going Things like building the garage, going to a dub show etc Moneys tight so you have to try and do a lot of things on the cheap,do the work yourself buy second hand and repair it etc Then bang its one thing after another knocking your efforts, stopping you going to a show or finishing somthing you have started I have battled myself with depression for a long time now and i understand and know how hard it is I dont have the answers but i do know trying to achieve smaller targets and goals does help to build some positive thinking I know its hard to do but i think it would be a big help if the inlaws stopped dumping the dogs on you whilst they swanned off so maybe you need to discuss this with them As a carer have you looked into some sort of restbite care for yourself? As your no use to fran if you end up depressed and burntout Others have said about getting wrapped up and heading out for a walk no matter what the weather and i myself do find this a big help Sending you some hugs dude and i hope you feel a little better soon If you ever want a chat feel free to give me a shout
Listen Steve you know I always try to help where I can. I'm going to let you come here and sand the roof of my van. No, no thanks necessary, as you're a mate I'm not even going to charge you. That's right mate, I'm going to let you sand the roof of my van completely free!
Funny, I spent some of today sanding a roof. Actually a pretty rare thing to be doing in the run of things. I don't know why I do it, I could be mending splitties.
Could you p.m your address please @sANDYbAY I will send my van to you for zed to sand. It needs doing from the top down He will feel like brand new by the time we have helped him out
Haha that Zed, he doesn't deserve us does he? and hopefully all this rubbish has cheered zebedee up a little bit.
