Noddy Dodging

Unlucky...

 

Still Noddy free here. Did wonder when Abi put the Xmas channel on over the weekend but i retired to my office to practice uke playing which required the door shut and no outside sound bleeding in obviously (phew!)

Popped into Tesco for a sandwich this afternoon
To be assaulted by full on loud Christmas music
Did the fastest grab of a meal deal and flew through self scan and out of the door.
I must have looked like I’d shoplifted a load of stuff and made a run for it.
Was b and m bargains to visit next so I sent Mrs para in first to see if Christmas music was being played.
Thankfully not so I was safe.
Then onto Lidl where no music was played at all.

So far today I’m fully noddy dodged

 

IT happened this evening in the pub... I have been Noddied 8 days shy of last year's dodging milestone

 

Sorry to hear that there can’t be many of us dodgers left

In the spirit of support of my fellow dodgers
I will share a bit of inside information

Mrs para works for Sainsbury’s
They play Christmas music like most stores

I’m told that every store plays the same collection and there not allowed to differ from the official playlist

The bonus is it’s noddy free

Two things this game has shown me

One I don’t bother that much with what most other people see as normal

Two it’s scary how much a simple internet game can influence your normal life

Oh maybe three I do have a competitive streak

Still glad I’m playing

 

Wish I'd known that before. Spent 30 minutes wandering round Sainsburys expecting to be Noddied at any moment. Still Noddy free.

Just been caught out. Walked in through the back door and it was on the freeakin telly. On the mf news of all things. Gutted!

 

Technically...... didnt hear the chorus. It was one of the verses..... hit the mut button smartly.... am i ok or does reg 5 catch me out here?

Just been Noddied. Flicking channels and happened upon Little Mix's Christmas 20 on 4Music. It was at No.12 if you're interested.

 

I think the tv is the hardest to avoid..
I was flicking through channels looking for stuff to record...

and totp 2 was on with noddy in full flow..


But ..I'm ok as I had the sound muted...so not heard it yet...
