Klokkerholm front wheel arches!

Thanks all, I didn't realise you could by the genuine inner and outer arch separately.....that does make economical sense, plus me thinks I could get away with replacing only the outer on one side

Schofields got a good name my hand making parts other suppliers didn't supply, so they were very popular. Even just a few years ago JK were selling schofields B-pillar repair skins. Most companies like a bulk order.

 

These are coming in tomorrow, will give you my opinion on them when they arrive

 

Looks pretty good from the photo... but some closer shots around the step would be good

 

Taken some comparison pics between Klokkerholm and these new panels, I rate em, they are not as heavy as the original ones but the pressings are really good and they are nigh on £80 cheaper than the genuine VW ones (just had new pricelist for the genuine ones and these will be going up again ) steel used is 1.2mm thick.

They do look a lot better pressed than the klockerkrap ones

 

Next year I will do my passenger arch but am planning on enjoying the bus this year!

 

They look much better, but while you can still get them I'd still buy the pukka ones every time - they are so good.
