I’m pretty sure I’ve got an incomplete set of cereal packet Magic Roundabout characters on an old biscuit tin in the loft somewhere! *note to self: get up there and clear out the bloody attic you hopeless hoarder
Go into business like I did, become a Prop supplier for film, television and theatre. It's the easy way way to explain your hoarding tendencies.
Don’t forget the Cornflakes cardboard airfield and aeroplanes took me ages to collect it all for it all to die in a nasty airfield fire.
I remember collecting the magic roundabout ones. No idea what happened to them Though I *may* have some McDonald’s ones from the rubbish remake!
This. It would be easy / cheap enough to make basic, clip together cardboard type toys, that would engage the kids long enough for mummy and daddy to finish their mcflurries, and be much kinder to dolphins... and they could even use it as a marketing gimmick.. "Ooh, look how we listen to your concerns about plastic, and definitely don't kick 12 Year old girls out the office" type of thing..
i guess the issue is probably mass production of anything is polluting so needs to be something designed to chuck away/biodegradable and/or useful

I think the unofficial count is ‘some’. But I’m not sure whether this is just the flour men, or if it includes the salt and pepper men or the spice men. It’s an inexact science.
