Yes seen it its very impressive I love it.

 

That is a shame I seen it up close in the Volksworld show the paintwork is awesome.

Finally got around to buying more bits for the bus.

Front side light marker lens, I did only need one which I have replaced but the old one the other-side looks shonky in comparison:-

Lost my original hinge somewhere so I had to buy a new one:-

 

Nice paint match chris. Where did you get your fox red from?

 

Thanks pal. The painter got it from a small car parts supplies in Crosshands near Llanelli, my paint supplier couldn't find the code which surprises me.

 

Well the parts are all fitted, she runs like a dream & the MOT is tomorrow so watch this space.

Back home safe & sound:-

 

Did a bit of cleaning today & put a few bits on:-

 

Have you cut the paint back with compound on the top half chris?

 

Oh ive just read back a bit and found youve had the roof painted

 

I had to paint the top because tree sap had destroyed the old paint, the front I had to paint cos of the state on the old panel & the engine lid had to have the dent knocked out and painted the rest I've left.

 

Jobs left:-
1.) I wan't to change the CV joint gators because the old ones are a state,
2.) I'd like to bleed the brakes through because I don't know when it was done last.
3.) I want to sort the steering because its a bit wallowy.
4.) I want a new roof lining.
5.) The front seats re-trimmed.
6.) Try to get a middle row of seats.
7. I want a new brake warning light.

Once all this is done I'm going to sell it on to a good home
