Already had three calls this morning about frozen condensate pipes by 8am. Advised over the phone. I ain’t gonna get the vanborghini off the drive.

 

Blocked condensor on the waste pipe... easily unclips. waste water will come out. rinse out any debris. if not its the waste pipe pis blocked or frozen outside.... Not really recommended...you blow down it to see if its free

I’ve got a giant old floor-mounted oil fired boiler that looks as though it’s come out of a Victorian hospital. But gosh it belts out the heat. (Smug).

Yeah, most of us have (or had) an old boiler at some point in our life.
