    unlikely you'll get a plumber out at that temperature ! :D:rolleyes: do you have another one the other side of the fence ?

    I thought the blue light meant it was on?? Explains why my house is always so cold.....................

    Are you snow-bound in the town of many roundabouts? if you need a plumber?

  12. Ours has just died! Is this a common feature with Worcester...fault indicator says condensate pipe problem :(. Hot water on aforementioned pipe but no result as yet. Installation is not yet one year old.

    I heard that if you pee into the radiator bleed valve hole it won't fix it, but it proves you have brilliant eyesight and a steady hand

    See now I’m gonna have to go and check on mine, it lives in the (snow covered) roof and I’ve come over all concerned with all this talk of frozen condensate pipes. *humph*
