Ideas on how to be compact on long camping trips

Stuff like that I buy local once at the site or just before I arrive if its a remote location.

 

Do you only drink 1 day in 4?

Hey Ricky, I never forgot I just pretended not to notice Its one of those classics over 5 years of our life will be better if we had this and this and this. Now we have loads and are cutting down and also compacting as last years holiday was crazy with no room.

 

Im sure it was a typo and was supposed to be 1000L not 10L

 

Drink alcohol that doesn't need to be drunk cold.

i.e ale or red wine

We got Propex about 3 years ago, sooooo good, very nice and toasty.

 

Beer and baby wipes! Done.

Camp behind a pub that does nice food with a play ground for kids , beer on tap nice grub loos n toilet paper n they supply all plates cutlery and wash up for you or take everything and marvel at how much your bus can carry and still get you their n have a large awning to throw everything in when you get their

 

And on a similar note, I once tried to get a Sunday Telegraph delivered to a vw show I was at. The conversation with the newsagent went a bit like, 'but do you have, like paper boys, you know, on push bikes...'
And then I hung up and thought of something else amusing to do.

 

I have a kitchen unit that collapses but I put it up at home jam it with all the food and goodies to cook pop it in and when I get there drop it in the awning makes life so much easier
